To register your mark on an international level:  www.wipo.int

Please note that the rules and requirements for trademark, patent and copyright  registrations, and also with regard to their respective commercial licenses, differ from country to country.   Although there are multilateral treaties which facilitate enormously setting up IPR on an international level, for instance the Madrid Protocol (www.wipo.int/en/web/madrid-system) or the Patent Cooperation Treaty ”PCT” (www.wipo.int/en/web/pct-system}, we strongly suggest using legal experts to manage them.

To register books, work of arts, elements of a film production, or computer perhaps a computer program, go to:  www.loc.gov  Once more, if your asset were to be assigned or licensed for commercialization on an international market consider that the copyright law is different in every jurisdiction.  Thus, a copyright license could be completely enforced in the United States but not in country like Spain.
